This policy governs all of the QOOBIX Websites (qoobix.com – qoobix.net – qoobix.blog and more if any, including any subdomain, web and mobile app).
This document is part and parcel of the terms and conditions (AGREEMENT, aka User Agreement) that you – as a company or individual using QOOBIX (the Service) – agree to abide by when using the Service.
Spam is any commercial email sent without the recipient’s permission. Commercial email is defined as any electronic mail message whose primary purpose is the commercial advertisement or promotion of a product or service. The Service is intended to be used for the sole and exclusive purpose of sending messages to recipients who have agreed and confirmed to receive such messages from you. This is called Permission-based (Email) Marketing. No other use is acceptable and permitted at QOOBIX.

About email accounts from advertisers.
Advertisers are those who subscribe for using the QOOBIX Platform in order to create advertising campaigns.
Our EMAIL POLICY applies to all of the email QOOBIX collects.
We never sell/cede/transfer/lease your email address neither any of your personal/business information to anyone unless you give us your consent.
We do not spam, so you will never receive harassment from us.
The emails we send are intended for improving your performance at our platform and in order to communicate important news about changes and enhancements. We may send e-mail advertising to inform about new products and services of ours or from our business partners; however, you, the receiver, can unsubscribe at any time.
About email accounts from visitors and users of the web/mobile app.
Visitors/Viewers who download our free mobile applications, or request for a PIN via our web app, have to register their email accounts first for security and technical reasons. As stated on our EMAIL POLICY (see our Policies), we will never sell/cede/transfer/lease your email address neither any of your personal/business information to anyone without your previous consent.
Newsletters from advertisers to their followers.
This is made to inform viewers about new campaigns from advertisers they follow at QOOBIX. Advertisers can send newsletter to their followers via QOOBIX. Nevertheless, advertisers do not know their followers’ email accounts, as the system sends newsletter without disclosing email addresses. Hence, by following an advertiser on QOOBIX you are not giving them your email, only when you apply to a campaign in order to win the reward you are disclosing your email to the advertiser.
About email accounts from blog followers.
The same policy as above applies to email accounts from blog followers as well.
In addition, blog followers will receive email for new posts published.
Recommendations, rules, and restrictions.
You may never send SPAM by using the Service.
Your account may be immediately suspended or terminated if you send SPAM. QOOBIX is fully committed to the suppression of SPAM. You are not eligible for reimbursement if your account is suspended and/or terminated for SPAM practices, as you are not for breaching other rules of our User Agreement (AGREEMENT).
We recommend our users to always act ethically and never violate the law.
Although many of these practices cannot be done by using QOOBIX, as we do our best to prevent such unethical and illicit behavior, we like our customers to be correct and fair, and so we invite you not to:
a) Harvest emails from web sites
b) Purchase or rent lists (whether they are opt-in or not)
c) Perform email appending
d) Send messages that are unrelated to what subscribers signed up to receive from you
e) Add an email address into a list without the subscriber’s permission
f) Email someone who has requested to be removed from your list
g) Send messages that violate Anti-SPAM Laws
Conversely, an appropriate conduct is to:
Send a commercial message to a recipient who has double opted-in (or confirmed opted-in) to receive it.
Send a commercial message to a recipient who has single opted-in to receive it, although we strongly discourage the use of single opt-in, strongly encourage the use of double opt-in (confirmed opt-in).
Send any other communication that has been specifically requested by those who receive it, or that is transactional in nature, such as a password reminder or an order confirmation.
In the event that your QOOBIX account is terminated due to violation of this Anti Spam Policy, you will not be refunded any amounts that have been paid towards the use of the Service.
If you are a recipient of SPAM, and believe that such SPAM is being sent through the QOOBIX system, do not hesitate to contact us via our contact page.
Please copy the sender of the message in your compliant. You may describe the incident by simply attaching or forwarding the message at issue, including the message header.
In compliance with UK 2008 No. 1276 – The Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008, the Data Protection Act 1998 up to date with all changes, and other National and International applicable laws.
Please, as a marketer or advertiser using QOOBIX to publish promotional campaigns, remember that:
You are solely responsible for your products and services and any other promotion and Content contained in or referred to in your promotions/advertisements/emails sent through QOOBIX (the Service). You agree to use QOOBIX (the Service) in a lawful, safe, and professional manner, consistent with industry best practices, including keeping reliable records. You are solely responsible for any and all statements you make and for all user assistance, warranty and support of your products and services.
